I spoke with them numerous times and kicked the tires on a lot of trailers. Today I finally decided to buy. Every time I dealt with them they were polite and treated me very well. They went over the important stuff. And ensured I had everything I needed before I left the lot pulling my new utility trailer. Every dealing with them whether on the phone or in person was what lead me to buy here instead of from a big box store or tractor supply. I knew the customer service would be great even after the purchase. And I am very happy with my new trailer. I will be in the market for a car hauler trailer and will most definitely be getting it here. I will also advise my friends to look here first if they need a trailer.
