My name is Penny.
I have lived and raised my family in this area of East Tennessee my entire life. I have 3 daughters, my oldest Linnea, my youngest Lindsay, and my sweet puppy Nova Biscuit. In my spare time, I love making jewelry. It started as a small hobby in the spare bedroom of my home and has turned into a small business that I run out of my garage and the occasional craft festival.

Customer service has been the primary goal of every job that I have ever had. I enjoy making people happy and taking care of their needs no matter what industry that I am in. I came to Trailer King in 2018 having never had a desk job in my entire career, let alone any knowledge of trailers. I learned as much as I could, as fast as I could, and I strive to grow my knowledge everyday so that I can better serve the people who walk through the doors of Trailer King.

Whether it’s a new trailer or a repair on their old one, I understand that my customers are hard workers and I want to work hard for them. They are my friends and family and I take pride in them asking for me by name, because they know that I will take care of them.
